Direct Billing
SinoUnited supports direct billing with more than 40 major international insurers. Where your policy and treatment are eligible, we can bill your insurer directly so you avoid paying large sums upfront and claiming back later.
How It Works
- 1. Share your details: send us your insurer, policy or membership number and a photo of your insurance card.
- 2. Coverage check: our team verifies eligibility and any pre-authorisation requirements before your visit.
- 3. Pre-authorisation: for planned treatment, we coordinate the pre-authorisation your insurer requires.
- 4. Billing: eligible charges are billed directly; any non-covered items are explained to you in advance.
Self-Paying Patients
If you are paying directly, you receive a transparent, itemised estimate after your records are reviewed and before treatment begins. We accept international cards and bank transfer. If costs change during treatment, we discuss this with you first.
What to Bring
- Your insurance card and policy details.
- Any pre-authorisation or guarantee-of-payment letter.
- Identification (passport) matching your policy.
Reimbursement
For insurers without a direct-billing arrangement, we provide detailed invoices and medical documentation to support your reimbursement claim. Our team can help prepare the paperwork.
